All orders placed on shop.fcprishtina.com (hereinafter the “Web Shop”) are exclusively governed by the Terms and Conditions outlined below. By placing an order on the Web Shop, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and undertakes to comply with them. Users also recognize the Company’s right to modify any provisions of these terms, provided such modifications do not affect the legally binding obligations of either party or alter any concluded transactions.
CURRENCY, TAXES, SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Prices displayed on the Web Shop are in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT) of 18%. If your card is billed in a currency other than Euros, the transaction will be processed according to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
Prices displayed on the Web Shop do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due upon order completion.
Non-EU customers may be required to pay local customs duties. These are not included in your payment to the Company. If a customer refuses to pay local customs duties, they shall not be entitled to a refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items may be returned for a refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase from the Web Shop. To receive a refund, items must be returned in pristine condition with tags and original packaging intact. Please inspect items thoroughly before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
To notify us of a return, please email us at shop@fcprishtina.com. To return an item, please ship it to the following address with your name and order number included:
FC Prishtina, Stadiumi Fadil Vokrri, Fehmi Agani, 10000, Prishtinë, Kosovë.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item. Any shipping or customs costs incurred by the Company to recover a returned item will be deducted from the amount to be credited to the customer.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be issued through the original method of payment within 14 days.
Please note that international customs duties are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.

LEGAL CAPACITY
You may place a valid order through our Web Shop provided you are a legally capable person according to the Kosovo Civil Code (specifically, that you are 18 years of age or older and not under judicial guardianship regarding entering into sales agreements). The Company reserves the right to seek redress from supervisors or guardians for any order placed by legally incapacitated persons.
PRIVACY POLICY
To place an order on the Web Shop, you will be required to provide personal data. The Company commits not to share this information with any third party or use it in any way without your consent.
